XARA is a non-custodial interface. Trades are executed through third-party decentralized protocols. XARA does not provide investment advice.

Stock Tokens

Robinhood Stock Tokens provide tokenized economic exposure. They are not the same as owning the underlying equity directly and do not necessarily convey shareholder rights. Token multipliers can change through corporate actions. Availability and transfer restrictions may differ by asset and jurisdiction.

Independent interface

XARA is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Robinhood or Uniswap. Third-party names identify data sources, networks and protocols.

Trading and data

Prices are indicative underlying bid/ask midpoints multiplied by the current shares-per-token multiplier. Executable swap prices come from onchain liquidity and can differ. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and carry market, liquidity, protocol and network risk. You are responsible for reviewing every wallet request and meeting applicable eligibility requirements.

Privacy and storage

Strategies, watch rules, activity and preferences are stored locally in your browser. Public wallet addresses are sent to the configured RPC provider to read balances and prepare transactions. Robinhood data requests pass through a cached XARA proxy. WalletConnect, when configured, connects through its relay service. Each provider has its own privacy terms.

XARA does not request or retain private keys, seed phrases or wallet signing material. Clearing browser site data removes locally stored strategies, watches and activity. No account database, analytics tracker or paid AI provider is configured by default.

Demo mode

All demo holdings and prices are simulated. They do not represent a connected wallet, actual performance or an executable offer. Live market data is explicitly separated from the demo portfolio.

Monitoring

Local watches stop when XARA closes or the tab is hidden. Alerts prepare information for review; they never authorize spending. Preferences for weekly review or drift thresholds do not enable unattended trades.
